...not the ones from ATC. I called Mike up at NGK and he said he had ordered me one so I drove up there today and picked it up!!! I love it! I am going to post some pics of it here shortly.

This thing practically has NO pitting. I was shocked. I am a very very very happy camper!!! so to all the guys who have been kind enough and pissed enough to tell me to shut up and just buy it, I DID. Now I will have 2 more here shortly from ATC directly.

Good for you Recon! I knew it would happen......eventually! ;)

Now, get out there and test her out. I'm sure there's a cinderblock wall or an abandoned car hangin' around in close proximity that needs personal attention! Time for to let 'er all hang out!!!!! :D

Great News !!!
Glad you went and did it. Now have a good time and enjoy it...

I carry the Cold steel vietnam tomahawk. Never have used it on a person. Use it like a hooligan tool and its it a comfrot to have.

reconseed..

Thanks for your posts. They are informative and entertaining. I am also a big fan of the VTAC and a fellow Vet. Go to www.deploymentsolutions.us. Send me an e-mail with contact info, I will send you a Rapid Deployment Sheath for your deployment to Iraq. I have several dozen sheaths "in country". The nylon sheath that comes with the hawk is serviceable, (mine is not "jump rated" yet), but doesn't lend itself to rapid deployment which is important, I think, especially if you need it fast! Caught off guard, threat level change, etc.

OG Green, Black, or Desert Tan. RH or LH Carry, Method of carry specifics will be all I need.

I have gotten very good feedback from 5th SFG, 82nd AB, and 101st AB.

Be Safe,
Bryon
