Looks nice, I'm waiting for the cryo 2. Hows the overall quality on the nano? And I have a zt 560 on the way, along with a spyderco military.

I got a Benchmade 730-1202 Ares in m390 in the mail yesterday and couldn't be more pleased with it. Everything was absolutely immaculate out of the box except for the factory edge...typical benchmade dull...:barf: No worries though as I immediately slapped a hair whittling mirror polished edge on it and now it cuts like a laser. Haven't had a chance to snap any pics yet but I'll make sure to get some up when I get around to taking them.

Lol I have also picked up the cryo and nano in the last two weeks.

I have to say the out of the 2, Boker freaking nailed this design. The cryo is ok, kinda small and I don't care for assisted knives. Love the nano though!

Matt: The quality of the Nano is really amazing especially for the price. It's my first Boker and I'm very impressed. If you like small knives definitely grab one.

mkjellgren: Every Benchmade I've bought has been quite sharp out of box.

Hobo: I agree this Nano is my new favorite small knife!

Quite sharp? Yes. Sharp enough for most? Probably. Sharp enough to shave arm hair? Sure. But in the big scheme of things, and in comparison to the edges I've put on the rest of my knives shaving sharp isn't really very sharp. I love benchmade knives, but I've never had one come even close to as sharp as any spyderco or kershaw I've ever owned. It doesn't matter to me either way though because I reprofile every new knife I get almost immediately regardless of the sharpness out of box. No matter how good a knife company is, a guy with a belt sander at the factory is never going to be able to match my expected level of sharpness for a knife I carry. They simply don't have time to sit and meticulously sharpen every knife to a perfect hair whittling edge. That's where I come into play.

No, benchmade knives do not come dull, but they typically do not come as sharp as some other companies and for me, the level of sharpness is always pretty underwhelming.

I have a Spyderco Para 2 S35VN due to arrive tomorrow. Got it in a trade from here. Can't wait. My next purchase is going to be an OKC-3S bayonet for my AR next month.

I just got some CPM 3V and more 5160 in today for making more gladii. And I got some blades back from heat treat. That count?

Skywalker: I really like the Pipsqueak as well I might have to put that one on the list.

mjohnson: Sorry, but they're sold out at all the major knife dealers on the net. If you wait a couple weeks I'm sure they'll be available again. I was lucky enough to get mine last Friday before they all sold out.

just got the cyro in the mail yesterday, and let me tell you i love it! Also received a izula recently, couldn't be more happy!

Mad Max: Yeah Boker's 440c is top notch.

The Cryo is an awesome knife for $30. The only complaint I have about it is that it's a little sharp around the the flipper.
