I just got a digital camera and have been playing around with it for a few days.

First is a Persian dagger. Steel is RWL-34, bolster in 304, handle in Stellar Seacow bone. It measures 10.5" overall.

Next is a variation of my Froghunter. I made this one abit more pointy on customer request. Steel is RWL-34 and the handle is walnut burl.

Here are a few Nasty Neckers I just finished up. They will be sent out to their new owners as soon as I have the sheaths done.

let me know what you think.
:)

I like the last knife a lot. Gorgeous handle material, great shape, begging to skin some games.

Nice work, Jens!

I like the great palm swell on the Froghunter version, although they are ALL super nice. You're gettin' BUSY with the camera! What kind?

Yes, this knife would be very popular around the deer camp

I'm really starting to like that stellar seacow bone. That Froghunter looks fantastic and I really like those Nasty Neckers.

Good-looking knives Jens! I like the second "knecker" image the best in terms of image quality. It turned out nice! What camera did you purchase?

Jens,
I really enjoy seeing the designs you come up with. Your new neckkers are awesome.:D

I was wondering if you could please post a full side view of that very neat and clean Persian dagger.
Thanks!

All the best,
Mike U.

Great looking knives and great looking pics--the 5050 is the digicam that I've been looking at for awhile. Seems to me like you just made a good argument for me buying it.

Thanks Jens! I love the flowing lines of that dagger. That side view shows off the overall shape really well. That handle material is also very nice.
Well done and congratulations on getting that great digicam.:D

Since I am used to using old manual camera I like being able to look troguh the lense...you can´t do that onthe 5050 but I am getting used to using the display....Its a great camera for all I can say.

misque:...That view of the knife is much better for showing how the knife 2really" looks...the top pic makes it harder...normally I am most in favor of directly sideviews....I just thought the top one looked really good... :)

Again thanks for the kind words!

Nice looking knives. I have had the Olympus 5050 since Christmas and like it a lot. Took a bit of learning, but takes outstanding pics.
