Well, at night you can light up things a LONG way away. Low clouds tonight, you could see the beam go up and bounce back down. Pretty easy to see the beam in the dark, but in haze it is fantastic.

Way cool.

Dagnabit, frac. Just as I was beginning to successfully resist the temptation to purchase one of these (despite the previous green laser thread), you had to go and post this. Aaaaargh.

I received the BTS-6 from Z-Bolt on Thursday and by Tuesday the thing was completely dead.
Sure was cool while it worked though!
Z-Bolt promised to exchange it without problem and I'll let you know how that turns out but at least a few of them have serious quality problems.

I popped for the BTS-8 along with a couple of the "party lasers" which the kids love and a few regular lasers........ mine is fine, but John there does understand customer service very well. I kind of wish he would start selling custom knives!
