Zebra wood that is. ;) I needed to figure out a way to be able to display some of my favorite Busse knives when I let them out of the safe. I thought about a glass case or wall mounting something but I ended up liking the stand best. As I had neither the inclination or tools for the job, I recruited Andy from Long Lake Woodworking. I'm happy with the finished product  Check it out.....

A real looker.

You will have to keep caution tape and cones around that display. I would for sure trip over one of my kids's toys on the floor and fall on those.

looking good, all nice and purdy. i bet the knives would rather be chewing that wood up though

ouch if you fell on the tip of that force one. no amount of armor would save you then

Dibs on that Force One if you ever decide to let it go. Those are old school tiger mags, right?

Thanks guys! I think the mags on the Force One are black linen but I could be wrong and yeah, it's one pointy s.o.b. I'd hate to have an accident with that thing. Mikeymoto, you are right on the NMSFNO! Problem is, I'd need to have the SFNO and NMSFNO facing the same direction to show off the matching #'s. Oh well.......

Very nice! I was thinking about making some stands similar to that in different species of woods. The Zebrawood is beautiful and very stout as well.
