The same thing was happen to me. To put out the screw, I was using a Dremel with a diamonds disc, make a groove in the screw head and simply unscrew it with a flat screwdriver. Use a low speed and be very careful and every thing will working well.

I don't remember the allen wrench size in inches, but in millimetres it is ~1.98mm. Since the day I had this screw problem, I use the standard metric size 2.00mm allen wrench to take apart my Sebenza. It fit the hole just fine and avoids the screw damages !

Try supporting the back on an anvil and taping the hex side with a hammer and flat punch. This helps loosen the screw and may help a proper size wrench hold in the hex.

I just sent my small seb back to CRK for the same reason.
The problem was that the screw on the ti clip was very tight and difficult to remove. I think either the treads on the screw or possibly the ti slabs were off. Anyway I'll let CRK take care of it.
