I had a chance to get out before the holidays

There are always challenges when one goes to the wood, mine started with the tent. As we got into camp a light dressel started so we did the "tent" scramble. It was at this time that i noticed, that when I loaned my brother both my tents he got the tent poles confused. I had three that wear short and needed two that wear long. Out came the trail hiker and a baton.

I now had two tent pole extenders with the proper ends

The repair turne out to be a little unstable, after close inspection, consult with my pears, and a quick run threw the infamous algorithm, it was determined that splints wear needed. After a close look at the data we confirmed that yet again duct tape would be needed. Out came the trail hiker and snick snack the "extra" tent pole was cannibalized again.

It was a good thing that this repair was seen to for that night such rain fell that I clearly hear two ducks talking about building an ark.
