You Sebenzaphiles have now given me the disease. Until today, I never had the chance to actually hold a Sebenza. I've seen the incredible devotion to these knives on this forum and was extremely interested but able to resist pulling the trigger until I saw a small Crosshairs at New Graham, now out of production, and knew as a shooter, I had to get one.
It just arrived here at the office today, and as I looked at the box, with price stamped on the outside, I said to myself again, as I have so very many times in the past when reading the posts of the Chris Reeve addicted, "These knives can't be worth THAT much, can they?"
Ah, but then you mental deviants know the rest, don't you? I then opened the box, took it out, and held it in my grubby hands. I gazed, I fondled, I rubbed, and I flicked it open and closed. I immediately became obsessed, comprehending the old cliche, "you have to hold one to understand," as it applies to these knives. It must be what freebasing heroin feels like when tried for the first time.
I immediately made plans for purchasing my next 5 Sebenzas. So tell me--are these symptoms normal??
