Hello, all! I have visited this forum many times, but have just now joined it moments ago (I figured may as well since I'm always here looking at your threads). With that being said please excuse me if I post this in the wrong section. I am in need of some information. In what year did W.R. Case stop putting lanyard holes in the Folding Hunter? According to some info on the AAPK web site, they stopped sometime in the mid-80s. That's all I know about it. If you really want to know, call up Case and ask to speak to Katie Shonts, she's their official historian.
Edit - by scanning through the completed auctions on a large auction site, the last year I saw that seemed to have the holes in them was 1982. There may be later ones but I found one from 1985 without them. So somewhere in that range.
