I have a factory knife, and want to find a smith to do some custom work

I have a Fallkniven F-1. I would like to find a knifesmith to make a couple custom modifications. I want the top of the blade cut with parrallel cutouts for a thumb rest, as well as a circular cut added for my index finger in front of the hilt. I am thinking of something similar to an ESSE-3. Where should I post this? this website is huge for a casual visitor. (You would think I would have learned something in the ten years since I registered.) but, i had nothing to say! No one wants to read nonsense.
