I have a little problem

See, what happened is that I tried to slightly tighten up the pivot on my new BM856, but then it was too tight, so then I loosened it up again (to where it was), but it stayed tight. Am I missing something, here?

You could send it back for a refund, ha ha, just kidding, I know you got it for free. Anyway, something in there stayed crushed together, a little pry(gently) should do the trick.

Thanks. That fixed it (actually, I left it a little tight, to fix the slight wobble in the blade that was my original reason for tightening it).
