I have a 2 year paid subscription but I've lost posting (new thread) privileges in the marketplace. What gives?

Also, I actually bought the two years by mistake when I was intending to just buy one year of Gold service. Is there any way I can do that and pay the difference?

Your post gives the impression that you purchased the Basic membership...which would explain the problem you are encountering. Basic members can post Trade ads; but a Gold (or higher) membership is required to sell.

Since you made an error, and want to change membership level - contact Spark.
 
Hi, threeson. You do have a Basic membership. If you need a Gold instead, you can buy that. Then post here in Tech Support asking Spark to prorate your Basic subscription to Gold time, extending it.
 
Ok, I just purchased the Gold membership. Can I have the balance on the Basic Membership applied to the Gold membership? Or at least, can I be refunded the balance for the basic membership?
 
Post a new thread here in Tech Support asking Spark to prorate your 2 years of Basic to the new Gold.
