Hello to all,
I'm new here and just wanted to say hi to all of you.As a newly confirmed bladeaholic,I am using my new Izula as my dinner knife for about 5 days now. Is this normal or do I need help. I will be ordering a DT RC-3 on friday so I guess the maddness begins.
 
Please explain in detail what you use it for and how well it does those tasks, and yes you need help. So go ahead and put in an order for three more so you can have a set. That should get you on the right track!
 
Welcome, I'm guilty of using an Izula at the table also. Just not in public yet.
 
Yep, you're done! There's no recovery possible. But you do feel better every time you add one piece to your collection.
 
Welcome!!! Don't worry, we all use our ESEE blades every chance we get, even for dinner.
 
Izula and ESEE3 are both excellent food prep knives - helps keep them from feeling lonely when you're not using them out in the bush. As an added benefit, hot meat juices are an excellent way to patina the edge so it doesn't rust spot.
 
Ha, if I ever did that at the dinner table, my girlfriend would kill me.





So I do it for lunch at work...
 
Yep, thats normal....and yep, youre screwed.

So, my wife asked me today if I needed to have my Izula on me while in the house. :eek: I felt so violated.
 
I get yelled at lot to for carry multiple knives on me in the house or using them for prep and what have you. I have just got accustom to it.

How many times have you been to a restaurant having a nice juicy medium rare steak only to find out that the steak knife sucks.......Izula baby!
