I have a Schrad numbered edition 5oT with stag scales

I have a schrade 50T with stag scales it has 034 on bolster I cant find anything about this knike like ,year made ,how many were made and whats it worth. It also has a small belt sheath its been handled but not used or sharpened. Help http://s1140.photobucket.com/albums/n580/ryan12473/

The best place for more information on your knife is the Schrade Collectors sub-forum area. Some of those guys are real experts.

You should post a picture of your knife, partly because it's necessary before anyone can tell you for certain about your knife, and partly because I want to see it.
Be sure that your pictures clearly show the tang stamps, and a picture of the packaging would be helpful as well.

Ryan, it could be any number of editions, is there any kind of etch on the blade?

It says 440 stainless on blade

That's a bit unusual, the 440 marked knives were usually made for the European market, and came with wood handles. Yours is likely a special edition of some sort with the addition of the serial number. Are you certain it's genuine stag and not staglon? I know that some models were sent overseas with staglon handles as well. A picture would definitely help.
