If you've ever heard of western cutlery of boulder Colorado this is a very early stamp of theirs.
I'm assuming it's actually a blade changer as I don't know of anything else similar that they made.
You definitely need to post some pictures, because you just can't mention something cool that were not allowed to see 😁
