So I started with an IZULA (damn gateway knives that they are!), this quickly ballooned into a want/need/addiction to ESEE knives.

I said to myself: "Just one more, it can't hurt." :foot:

Ya'll can see where this train wreck is going right.

Well, I pulled the trigger on an ESEE 6, and thought my hunger had been satiated.

I

WAS

WRONG!!

Instead of quenching my thirst for these blades I was surprised to find I was left wanting even more than previously!

So now I just ordered an ESEE 4 in desert tan.

My hunger grows...

I bough an RC-6 and just ordered my RC-3...I suppose this fettish is more affordable than PCP air rifles, my other fettish..

Its all about self control guys, really not that hard

The proof, I don't own an RC4 ... yet

Started with RC5, then RC3mil, then 2 izulas, then an RC6, then some arrowheads and a truckload of ESEE accessories.. then a lite machete, now im watching for the junglas.. see self control!

One rc3 is never enough. You need one for the belt. Then one for your psk. You surely need one in the glove box. Then one on your pack strap.

I'm thinking about getting one specifically for trips to the mailbox

I hear you bro. I've got the same disease that you have. I started with an IZULA, then the RC-4 less than a month later I've gotten the RC-6 and now I'm broke but really want an RC-3/3MIL and an RC-5. Right now I have no desire for the Jungalas or the arrowheads, but I think it's just because I have the other two or three "needs" right now.

I collected Straight razors for some time, and before that Gillette Safety razors. The Gillettes weren't so expensive, but the straights...
My 5 month old daughter put an end to all that. Now I collect diapers and baby food.

I suppose I could shave with RATs...

and also for formal wear !! :D

I feel your pain, I just got the RC4, then I had to have the molle back and a PSK pouch, than I got an Izula and now I'm waiting on the postman to bring my new fire kit...What could be next, a Hest or an RC3? Decisions, decisions, decisions!!!!

We've all been through and know the weakness we all have in buying new ESEE blades. It's called the "sickness" and it's not worth trying to fight, you'll lose every time. Just go with it and enjoy them all!
