I was so lucky the other day to be on a site and find a Large Regular BG-42 serrated NEW with box and papers. I have had my small regular BG 42 for awhile and have been looking for a large. I know some do not like serrations but I find them useful in my everyday use. I like the Chris Reeve serration as they are not that aggressive but useful. My small had been wearing submarine dolphins and I am looking to add them to my new large. I can not believe how sharp and polished the blade is on the knife! It is from June of 1999 and someone took their time. I can't remember who but just recently (I think Kidcongo) talked about getting a very nice edge on a CRK, this is the best I have ever received. My small does not have paper work so I will be looking for a Small Reg with serrations birth date of June 17, 1999 very hard. Well so much for the long story (as a very good member used to say "I took the long way around the barn" here are the brothers. The small is from 2000.
