What does the pictograph represent? Is it a team of horses in a yoke pulling a plow?

I agree it looks like an ox pulling a plow (though it is slightly reminiscent of a rhinoceros :p). There are some ox related makers marks out there, but this one is looser and more stylized than those other, 19c, examples. Can you take more pics so we can see the profile of the head, the handle? Is there a label on the handle, even if only the remnants?

I will look for anything on the handle or head and provide some measurements
