A little while back, I gave Primble an extra Barlow when he bought a couple from me. The gift part, was a thanks for all the work he puts into this interesting place!
And for providing interesting desktop photos of my favorite knives!!;)

Well, he got me back today! He sent me a nice package of goodies, including something for my long-suffering life-mate, wife and "Locator of Lost Knives"!

The knife is a Primblized Ulster Cattle knife w. Punch!
The card is a nice, frame-able letter/birthday card displaying the kind of photography we all wish we could pull off!
The coin is a great "V" nickel from 1910, and the Shaker bent-wood box is for Joanne, who collects boxes by the way!!

Thank You Rob! Both generous and thoughtful of you! I shall put an edge on said Ulster, and put some miles on her as you suggest! You did a fine job of making it a great, useful pocket talisman!

Good On you Primble--as always you and your generosity shine through---The box for Joanne is very special:thumbup:

Charlie---this sounds so redundant but applies so aptly---you are SO DESERVING. Enjoy the gifts:thumbup:

Primble is just an amazing guy, there was a whisper in the wind that this was going to happen - that Ulster has such stunning bone - as Paul has said, you are most deserving to get a knife like that from this good man.
Lovely box for Joanne as well - nice thinking Primble!!
Well done to you both fine Gentleman!!

Another act of generosity from one of the good guys.

Outstanding and very thoughtful gifts. Good on both of you gentlemen. You set a wonderful example of generosity and graciousness for the rest of us to follow.

Good on you, Primble!

Well done Primble

Acts such as these are one of the reasons why this forum is a great place.
Another reason is because of you two gentlemen.
Thank you for sharing Charlie.

I was so happy to learn that Joanne collects boxes and I do hope that you will find a use for the knife Charlie.:)

It was very hard for me to think of what knife to give, when I thought about what a wonderful collection of knives you have.:)

All of mine seem to pale in comparison. :)

A closeup picture of the Ulster knife, which is now Charlie's knife and picture:
