I really like the feel of it, my only complaint so far is the sheath needs a spot to push off with your thumb to get the knife out easier, but I suppose if it's around your neck or secured to your belt then yanking it out would work just fine. seems to me like it's more of a fighting/defensive blade more than a utility blade anyway. I might do a compare/contrast vid on it vs. my ka-bar BK14 and maybe my arclite cuda.

I own a lot of Boker products from the kitchen to the barn, and sometimes the designs are a tad funky, but I've never had one even a cheapo Magnum let me down. The sheaths have been pretty poor though on many knives, I know it's being looked into, but any knife nut hears that all the time, I'd like to see it against the BK14, I bought some as gifts this year(and one for me). :)

here it is with my BK14. roughly the same size but the boker has a longer handle. as you probably know the BK14 is more of a utility knife whereas the mosier strikes me as more of a defensive blade.

Great bargain for a Mosier design, even with the tenacious holster. Not so fond of 12c27 steel, but I suspect I could get a better steel with a 'real' Mosier... just move the decimal over a spot on that price!

Neat knife.
