Finally I have joined the membership. I have been here since about April or May of last year, just shortly before making my first knife. Have been wanting to sign up as a 'knifemaker' member for some time. I do not yet consider myself a real knife maker in the view of my able peers and tutors here but continue to use the forum to such an extent that I felt it proper to wait no longer to pay up. What ever extra goodies that may be included is not a concern of mine - just yet at least.

I never would have done this except for the exceptional group of craftsmen that share this forum.

We usually get fired up around 9 or so.

Okay L6, and thanks. I don't know anything about the chat stuff. I never have ventured outside the 'Shop Talk'. I'll need to go to the home page and search that out. Really; I never have gone beyond shop talk. That's all I'm interested in but to chat with you guys would be good except that I can't type fast.
