I have just ordered 2 knives,site said there was an erorr and didnt proccess but

My credit card has been charged as the same of amount of money knives cost.Can it happen this quick? and there was an error order didnt proccess.I sent an email to firm.Waiting for answer.What do u think this might be?

I would find out if they have a phone number and call them. That way you can voice concerns without chasing e-mail.
