As hard as I tried not to let my khuks go, Ill have to get rid of some.
I traded a few things I needed with a friend and he asked me for some folders for his collection BMs, MODs, Spidies, the like - so that is what I am looking for.
I am not looking for a specific pattern I just have to check if he already has it or not.
As usual preference is gives to fellow HI Forumites.
The khukuris I will let go are:
18th Century, steel fittings, wood handle, by KNN This knife is fantastic and I love the steel fittings but I cant get used to its large handle. I will soon order another from Uncle Bill with a slimmer handle. Like new, except ligh oxidation in one spot close to the tip, on both sides.
Chitlangi -18, brass fittings, wood handle, full sun mark Never used, but shows very few small dark spots.
Kobra 18, brass fittings, wood handle, half moon mark. Used and sharpened but perfect.
I got the first two by the middle of last year from Uncle Bill and the Kobra in a trade a little earlier.
This really breaks my heart so please lets make it quick and clean, ok? Trades only, no sales for these. Times are a bit tough over here and Ill be glad if I only have to see these three go.
And before someone asks, no, I wont give up this time...
