I had no desire to own a Umnumzann and bought one on a whim. I love it!
I own a couple of inlay large Sebenzas with no desire to own a plain Jane Seb and bought one on a whim. I love i!

Logic therefore dictates that since I have no desire to own a Ti-Lock, I should buy one. Is this reasonable? (Of course I would have to be more patient with a Ti-Lock becoming available on the Exchange.)

Wasn't interested for a long time ,than I bought Ti-Lock.Can't put it down.Light, good looking, easy to clean, excellent handle to blade ratio, love everything about this knife.Get one!!

You know you want one, it is a very useful knife. I love mine, it took a while for me to pull the trigger on one. It's now in my EDC rotation. I don't have any fancy methods deploying my blades, so the Ti Lock works for me.

Good to see you on this side of the forum Jay :)

When do you get your Ti-lock?

Thanks for the feedback and the video. Once my knife funds recover I am going to have to invest in one.

I am in the same boat as you Vaporstang. My edc is an Umnumzaan and I have also been thinking about the Ti-Lock.

For any one that owns a Ti-Lock, how do you like the pocket clip? The standard CRK pocket clip is the best in the industry in my opinion, so I am curious how the Ti-Lock clip compares.

Before anyone mentions it, I am aware the standard clip fits the Ti-Lock, but it does not look right on it to me.

I had a Ti-Lock about a year ago but ended up selling it within a week of buying it... the fit and finish (like all CRK's) was amazing, but I just didn't think the lock was going to be "tough enough" for EDC use. I could be wrong about it's toughness, seeing as I only had it a very short time though. If I had a choice in CRK folders, I'd rather have a Large Sebenza 25, but that's just me.

I had one, tried really hard to like it. I ended up selling it because of the clip. Didn't care for the standard clip and the sebenza clip just didn't go with the design.

Based on your trak record, you should go for it! I never thought I would buy an annual sebenza becasue they were too "fancy" and expensive. I have bought 12 since I bought my first on impulse........

I'm kinda in tbe same boat as in my other thread about the Ti-Lock. The clip it comes with I didn't care for, but I did verify with CRK that the regular clip will fit. How it'll look doesn't bother me too much as I can take it down to just plain Ti which should be ok I think.

I shoulda he'd on to the one I had a bit longer then I wouldn't be doing this back and forth, which I think I already know how it will end. Dang. ;)

I had the Ti and really liked it a lot, even fitted mine with the Seb clip….. but in the final analysis , decided it required too muck patience to manipulate compared to the large Seb/UM family…Can't do a small Seb, but the Ti size was not an issue. Bart

I'am using mine for everything from zip ties, mail, cardboard, food prep,it is doing everything well with no troubles. It is not a heavy duty knife but is capable of most of the regular daily tasks.Love the clip too,it is unique, fits well on the overall design of the knife and of course opening and closing is a breeze if you don't mind using two hands.

Not only do I sell them I own three myself.

One is the actual knife that was on the cover of Blade Magazine that I pried ($$$$) out of Chris's hands on a visit to Boise years ago.

The next one is one that is engraved with the date I immigrated to the USA 5 years ago.

Last is the one I use and carry - it is a vital piece in my rotation.

I definately want one, for 2 main reasons its a crk and the hawk brothers make some awesome knives.
