I Have Received the Best Customer Service

Many of you have read my thread on my lost Waki thanks to gross incompetence from my local Post Office. What you don't know is the large number of emails that Eric has sent to me since he discovered what had happened. I won't bore you with detail but I can say I have not ever received this sort of customer support from any retailer ever. At the moment Eric is attempting to get another Waki to me before Christmas for my son's present. He might be up against a brick wall however because postal workers here in Australia are now threatening strike action next week.

The Waki experience has really endeared me to SRK as I value customer service above all else.

It has been tops and ensured a new customer to come back and buy more.
 
Eric's customer service is absolutely top notch. He made a VERY generous offer when my waki's shipped - I won't bore you with the details, but he basically offered to switch a waki out after being used, when there was nothing wrong with the blade, just due to a question with the order things were shipped. I ended up not taking him up on the offer, but the simple fact that he offered was awesome. You can't beat that.
 
Great news - the second Waki that Eric sent out arrived on Christmas Eve. It is now Christmas morning downunder. I live in a rural area and my son will be up to visit today and I will have his present waiting. My son has been in the US for military training since July and only recently returned. This is great because in the New Year he has to return to the US for more training and I dearly wanted him to have this Waki before that happened.

I still haven't paid a cent to Eric for the second Waki. We're waiting to see how the insurance works out if any comes our way or not. Eric has provided wonderful customer service and support throughout this time.

May I take the opportunity to wish you all a Joyful Christmas and especially to Eric and his family.
 
Merry Christmas "Down Under" Glad to here you were able to give your son his gift. Im actually touched how Eric went out of his way not worried about the payment at the time. Eric Claus and Saint SwampRat came through. No other Company that I know would do so.
So I have nothing but Respect for Eric and SwampRat and wish a safe and happy holidays to all at SwampRat and every one else..
.

Hopefully your local ostal crew will pull their heads out of their rectums and get honest at some point.
 
Wow, that's awesome. Really glad to hear your son is going to get the Waki. I recently got mines and cannot put it down! Merry Christmas!
 
That is just Eric being Eric. The Rat Fui is strong with him.


BTW, Eric, did I mention that the double cut Waki has not arrived yet.:(

I have not been around long, but after my experiences with the Busse Kin companies, I would expect nothing less from any of them. They are all top notch!!!

Wonderful news:) I read your thread and I really felt for you. I am delighted that your son has his Xmas present.
It may interest you to know that Eric kept my Waki for 4 months while I was away traveling. He refused to take any money until I returned and was ready for shipping.
His customer service is second to none......
