I had Kershaws, I got rid of Kershaws - a chive (passed on to a friend); a Double Duty (liner issues, tried to fix, gave up, went away); G10 Leek (again, gave away, didn't dig the G10); mini-cyclone (loved it, lost it).

All I have left is a 1993-2 Lockback (near perfect knife by the way). Oh, and a Pure Komachi Series Fish knife (one of the best, inexpensive lines we don't talk about enough!)

So, to redeem myself, I am getting back into the Kershaw mode. There is a standard Leek coming my way, and a Red Blur also. I think a little Kershaw love was in order.

No real point to my post, just sharing.

Flame away... that 1993-2 is my secret weapon. Not too many people have it, and not too many people know that it is in the top 3 Kershaw knives. I still have that one! :p
 
SPX, do you remember when Dann almost traded one of his cyclones for, i think, a BM? well that is what shall happen to you RLR. hehehe. seriously though, RLR, look at the JYD, JYD2, JYD2SG2, Composite JYD2, Lahar, Cyclone, Shallot, Tyrade, Skyline ect. ect. prepare to loose ALOT of money
 
Yeah ol, I think that happened in one of Dann's "fuzzy" moments...(could have come from blood loss!)
 
Came close to a Tyrade... I won't comment on other companies, but of late I've spent some money on Traditional Slip Joints and stuff.

I will repent and start with these two. I actually love Sandvik steel, even compared to all the super steels I have at my disposal. Can't wait...

At my age, I have alot of those "fuzzy" moments.:D.:D.

And, yes, I DID trade-off one of my Cyclones (near the end of January), but it was for a Groove, so that can't count against me.:D.

i just traded a groove for a mini mojo, so i know the feelin. it was that other trade that had us worried

ol, you finally got a Mojo? That's great! It's a fantastic knife that just doesn't get enough page time around here...Enjoy It!
 
i'll jsut say that you have gone off your rocker Dann and be done with it, though you did pick a great knife to ask for.

yup, i got a mojo SPX. its a fun lil thing. havnt cut myself yet :D
 
Dann, I'm shocked! No, dismayed, confused, and apprehensive are more like it! I can't believe it! What's this world coming to if we should have a glockman with no Cyclones?!? What about the children, think about the children, Dann!

Who says that I'll get the trade I'm looking for anyway?...And who says I won't still have a Cyclone stashed-away?.:D.:D.
 
Dann, is it against the rules for you/we to email or PM us when you
have something you're looking to trade? I bet one of the guys
here would've traded with ya. I would have, as I don't have a mini Cyclone,
but have 7 Grooves. I had 8, but sent one to OL in the contest which
he traded for a Mojo (which was fine), which I also have.....

Crap, I need to pay attention to the trading forum more often.

BTW, I say BAN! RLR for his sinnin'. :D:D

No, it's not against the rules to PM eachother about trades we might be looking for, but I sure don't want to make the Kershaw Forum act like a "WTT" forum...Even if it is a trade only involving knives that are made through the same parent company.

It might me a good idea to PM me or email me if you have an offer.:D.
