I have to admit I like the new Sebbie thumb ramp

A recent CRK forum thread asked folks which style of thumb ramp, old or new, they preferred on the Sebbie. In that thread I stated that I liked the old design based on appearance alone (since I hadn't seen one with the new design in person). Well, I went to a gun/knife show in nearby Hickory, NC today and got to examine a new generation small regular Sebbie. I made a side-by-side comparison with my 2003 small regular Sebbie. After the comparison I have to concede that the new thumb ramp design offers better purchase and control (IMHO). I guess I've got to get a new small Sebbie pretty soon.
