I have two question of Forums usage. Please help. Thanks

My first question concerns the search function. Is there a way to search for a strict combination of words, most of the time you can do this quotations, like in Google. Also, are there other search terms that the search engine uses, like wildcards, etc; and if so could someone send me a "how to" list? Thanks.
I'd also like to know if there's a way to set your private message to not automatically (or even manually for each message) send sent items to your sent folder. Thanks.

I think you can use google itself to search forums for specific quotes, or with more specific boolean modifiers, but I don't know how this would work with the limited viewing for unlogged users.

When sending a PM, there's a box at the bottom that says "Save a copy of this message in your Sent Items folder." that is checked by default. Uncheck it if you don't want a copy.

Try any standard search engine with something like

Bladeforums.com "BG-42 Sebenza"

which I just tried successfully on http://www.alltheweb.com/ and http://us.ixquick.com/
