To those that are watching the fun going on in some of the threads here and in the Becker forums, I do want to clarify something.

I as well as many others, hold Jeff, Mike, ESEE and all ESEE products in high regards. I love the knives and the gear and own several.

We are having fun, as only friends can do, and appreciate the wit and sarcasm that everyone has, its is alot of fun.

So don't think that me, or anyone else that has contributed to these threads, holds any ill will towards one another, its just fun for funs sakes.

With that said, back to the frontlines.

I try to spread my general smartassedness (look that one up) equally across models and makes. If I'm not poking fun in your subforum of choice, (a) I haven't tried the knives, or (b) I don't care for the knives. That said, I post in both ESEE and Becker. :p
 
And I have nothing against Becker's. I haven't tried one yet myself, but I plan on picking one up very soon. I wouldn't if I didn't have any faith in them...
 
Im having quite a bit of fun as well jumping back and forth laughing at all of it, and getting some knowledge along the way, after all isnt that what this is all about????? So carry on.:D

Seriously though Moose, you're one of the best contributors on Bladeforums without question. No need to explain yourself. Carry on my friend. :thumbup:

And just for the record, as I have said many times there are NONE BETTER in this industry than Ethan, KaBar and the Becker nuts like Moose. Great blades and great folks. Welcome at our campfire anytime!
 
We should take a collection from us ESEE owners and maybe purchase poor old Moose a knife. It just isn't right that he would have to suffer through life with just a BK-2....

Hey Moose,

If Ethan Becker from Becker Knife and Tool was hanging off one side of a cliff, and Jeff and Mike from ESEE were hanging off the other side, and you only had time to save one group or the other, who would you save?

Jeff Randall: Take your time reeling in the bass, then use the dead kid as cut bait for your trot lines.

Whichever one had the most gear. I always said, if you die, I'm taking your gear.
