...I got the small sebenza first and have not been able to resist since...this is turning out to be a very expensive itch...but I like it :D

Nice knives. I have a fancy Snakewood folder on order from CRK. I will post pics when it gets here. It will be my first Snakewood inlay.
 
I too have an Mnandi w/ Snakewood inlays. It truly is a beautiful wood and I don't blame you for getting hooked on it one bit. BTW, like GB said, who made the pen and pencil set? ;)
 
Both of those are pens made by Jim Ransome, aka "jimthepenman" on ebay. The shorter one is a twisty ball point, and the capped one is a roller-ball. Jim makes beautiful things, not just out of snakewood either, and the pens are much nicer than my poor picture taking shows. He only has a snakewood fountain pen listed on ebay right now, but he'll make just about anything you ask him to if he's got the wood blanks.

Yeah, I've been horribly mauled by the Chris Reeve bug. I have recently decided to sell off just about every other folding knife I have to further fund my sebenza/mnandi cravings. I know its been said a million times here but I can't believe I waited so long to just give in and spend the money on Chris Reeve quality. I'm still in the early stages where I look at other knives occasionally, but its starting to pass. I just can't justify spending the money on 4 inferior knives when I can get a knife as solidly and precisely built as a Chris Reeve.

Nice stuff. I had a snakewood Mnandi, briefly, until it disappeared into the abyss of the UPS. :mad: I'd love to get a snakewood Sebbie.
 
It's not a problem, just embrace it and remeber you like the finer things in life. PS I'd also love to get a annual sm with snakewood. Here's some of mine.
 
Thanks all :) I've learned to embrace the fact that my tastes have matured, the only problem I have now is that I don't quite have the bank account to match :rolleyes: :(
btw, nice Atwood folders Saberman, too bad he doesn't make them any more.
 
verpus77, Peter is still making folders, just not that many of them and be prepared to wait...
