Well...I've finally made the plunge and picked up my first Busse Knife you all know to be the Natural Outlaw (or NO for short). All I keep saying is "Wow!

[Edited for el-crapo typing. My shortest posted with the most errors! What was I thinking?]

Thanks for stopping by Ron. Glad you like your blade. I'm diggin' those SOG Access Cards. Wow! Very cool! Mine has already found a home in my wallet. Extremely handy and well made.

Thanks again,

Jerry

OK, I'll bite further. Is this the way it comes in its standard form? What I mean is, the pic on the Busse website does not do this knife justice. Obviously, I need to see some Busse's in person.

Ron,
Welcome to the Club, glad you stopped by and let us know. :D:D

BTW, what's next ;):D:D (I had to ask ;))

Johnny O,
This is the way the NO's come standard, except it has the SnakeSkin Micarta handles rather than standard black. I believe the SnakeSkin is $35 extra.

Welcome to the team Ron!! :D

Thanks for stopping by. Great pic, BTW.

Have you had a chance to use it much yet?

Thanks for the welcome, guys. I'm a knife nut, just like the rest of you. Give me something sharp and I just start to drool! :)

This is just one frickin' big and impressive knife! I love the "snake skin" handles. Nice touch! I've never in my life wanted more to chop the crap out of something! :D

Jerry: Glad you like the SOG stuff and to hear of the displacement in your wallet. ;) If SOG starts making quality beer, I'll give you a call! ;) Also, thanks for the warm welcome "here in your BF house."

Andrew: Thanks for the picture compliment. I've yet to get a digital camera (buying too many knives, investing in other hobbies, and "playing with my car"...meaning spending $$$ there). The picture is just a quickie done by laying the NO right onto the glass of my flatbed scanner. It actually turns out halfway decently. Here's a few other recent ones I did with On-Scene Tactical sheaths.

Eric: What's next? From Busse, maybe a smaller knife, like the Pure Bred Fighter or the Badger Attack 3. But for me...I'm on a never ending quest for more auto opening knives!

Ron, welcome aboard. You have always been good-folk. Now, you nuclear as well!:D

Ron, welcome to the forum. Nice choice. The NO is growin on me. Will be my next purchase... Still a Steel Heart man at "heart"...

The Badger III rocks, and would definitely compliment the NO.

Looking forward to your review...

Mike

p.s. I havent been able to get my pics of the Eddie Bauer SOG folder I asked about a while ago posted. Have to get a new reader.

That sounds interesting!

The NO is a nice knife, VERY heavy for it's size.

Ron,
I hope I didn't sound snotty before, I was just joking around. Welcome to the Busse forum! That is a really nice knife. :)
I think that you should get a Steel Heart next. They are near perfection!
