I jumped the gun

My computer went down for a little bit and in my panick when I got back in I jumped the gun when Jerry imposter posted. I got my second e-mails in at 9:45 just after Jerry posted. I should be okay right? Or will I be penalized for my initial blunder?

No penalty. Your email that jumped the gun will be tossed if it is early, your second will be in the order received. Good luck to ya! :thumbup:

Just remember...this

I am very understanding person...and my Lovely ladies at Busse Combat are the same...AS I sort those e-mails out later tonight (Yes I am eating and typing) YOU WILL HEAR FROM US...could be 2 days...could be 2 weeks....CHILL...and wait for the e-mail...

If it's for my minor HOG trickery tonight, then I suggest that you check & add a few names to that there List! :)

I got screwed as well. Oh well, wasnt going for any infi anyways but still too bad. Unfortunatly I had to roll for a dinner so I didnt wait around like I should heh. In after thought I am kind of glad I didnt score. It was ne of those spurt of the moment buying things. Then again i rarely regret a knife when i get it in my hand=D
 
I fell for the impersonator. It was around 2.30 at night here (of the 30th) and I had had one hell of a long day before that, wasn't thinking clearly when 'Jenny' posted, and pressed "Send".
Didn't bother to resend it after the real Jerry Busse said go, I was p****d off with myself and disappointed. Oh well, had a good night sleep and will just have to comfort myself with the hardware already present and the Waki that is on its way. :foot: :cool:

For next time... Send another one! You never know if you'll get lucky. I've seen guys posting that they sent off their requests hours later for the heck of it and they sometimes score at least one of their requests. Also... It's not how fast it leaves your computer, but when it arrives on the Busse server handling incoming mail. One HOG's request didn't arrive for 24 hours in a past Ganza, IIRC. S**t happens, so it's worth a try, especially in Ganzaaaas like this one where there are multiples of all or most knives that were offered, :thumbup:

I wonder who the "Jenny" is... That's a new one to me.

Thx for the advice, I'm sure I'll be around for the next one. Maybe it will be at a time more advantageous for us Europeans...
