I just won a Al Mar SERE 2000 and a Benchmade Mini Skirmish on Ebay. I got the SERE 2000 for $97 and the Mini Skirmish for 102.50, both NIB. How did I do? I wasn't even planning on buying the Al Mar but I couldn't pass it up for under $100.
 
You did better on the Al Mar Sere 2K, IMO. I'm jealous.

I was able to pick up a full-size NIB Skirmish on eBay for $102 over the summer.

I always have set my Sere 2K limit at $92.

But that's probably why I don't have one, unfortunately.
 
As I watch ebay a fair amount, I'd give it a "good" as the prices have been lately.

Seems the Aug/Sep timeframe have the best "deals." But then, the "what's popular, in vogue, NEW" has its affect.

I picked up a NIB Skirmish LE 501 for $109 :D

Also a couple of Nimravus ($70 and $42-older version)

I'm currently waiting for my Delta Raider to arrive, not cheap but I didn't want to let it slip by me like the Bushmaster did!

I enjoy watching ebay and have decided I'd better lighten up a bit, but hey, you can't let a great deal slip by!;)
 
Just got both my knives and am very impressed with both. I really did not expect the SERE 2000 to be this nice. This knife is built like a tank. I really think I got a steal with the Al Mar, if anybody is considering buying one of these do it, it's amazing.
 
That is good for a 635, if you didn't pay $12 for shipping!

I got my 910HS a year and a half ago on the bay for $78 shipped NIB....
