At long last I'm the very happy owner of a Busse, after only a decade or so of wanting one.

Congrats on the Mini Sus Scrofa! I love mine, in spite of it being one of the more "unique" designs from Busse. :)

Amarillo! I spent a lot of my life in Pampa, where my father is laid to rest, and a lot of time in Amarillo. Kind of miss it. Saw my first rock concert there.

i think thats a known busse problem.
my first busse boss jack was late to arrive so i had to buy another of the exchange while waiting.
now i just ordered TGLB (thanks pokey and lexi), i hope i manage to NOT buy another
 
Yeah, my first was a Boss Street I ordered on EBay while waiting for my Boss Jack to arrive:)

We'll get ya handled. :) The wife lost her Grandfather earlier in the week so she has been unable to sit very long at the computer, the funeral is Saturday so hopefully we'll be able to get caught up on e-mails after the weekend.

I'm very sorry to hear that, I know how rough it is. I actually got a reply just a bit ago, thanks.


In the mean time, while I'm ruminating sheath options, I threw together something in the garage real quick. It would have turned out better if I
A: had any skill/talent, or
B: didn't do it freehand in a half hour while being half knockered.

I also didn't have anything proper to secure the retention strap, so I just made a little metal tab that actually seems to work ok.

It ain't pretty, but it's secure.
