I've been oohing and aahing over this knife for a couple of months. I ran out of videos to watch so I had to break down and buy the real thing.

Theres a Gayle Bradley on its way to Costa Rica soon. :)

It is a nice knife. I sold mine but kind of wish I hadn't. I've missed out on some good deals on the exchange by minutes this past couple of weeks.

Ya, i know some good deals pop up there but it's kind of hard for me to fool with the exchange. Im outside the u.s. and I've got a buddy bringing it down and I want to keep it simple for him. I had to give a hundred and a half for the GB. Hope I like it!

Keep that M4 blade clean and oiled down there if you want to keep it nice and shiny.

I looked for awhile on the sale board, kept missing them. Ordered one recently, still waiting, but excited.

I have also ben oohing and aahhing for a while now and today was payday and its sitting in the cart waiting for the final clicks lol Im really trying to slow down the buying but damn its a sweeet blade :D and if your are anything like me you will need something by next month let alone november LOL

The Gayle Bradley is one of my all time favorites. I do not have one at the moment as I gifted mine to my best friend recently. He has never owned a quality knife and while deciding what to give him I knew the GB was the one that would be a lifelong knife for him. I do plan to get another GB soon. It's just an awesome knife.

Hehehe...i never did well with delayed gratification. Bday isn't til November...I'm sure I'll "need" something else by then! ;)

Spyderco Air might be a good pick for the bday! I'm itching for one real bad. Looks like an awesome knife to keep in your pocket at all times.

You won't regret the GB! It opens and closes with a nice, solid "thunk" sound, sort of like a bank vault door. Hard to describe how it feels, but it will impress you with the fit & finish. 2nd the oil on the blade where you are, but it will be a sweet user & test your sharpening skills. The M4 steel is some very tough, durable stuff. Congrats.
