I just pulled the trigger on a new flat grind BHK Bushcrafter from Chestnut Ridge. I can hardly wait. So, how about some pictures or at least some updated user reviews of your Bushcrafter? Get me excited! In terms of cutlery, that is.

Welcome,Wooly. Don't know how much action you'll get here with your questions on the BHK. My take on BHK is that they are custom makers in the same sense that Bark River is a custom maker.....they are not. Most of the action here is on Hand made and custom knives, and you are more than welcome to enter in and enjoy the conversations. There just may not be too much known about the BHK line.

I understand and thank you. I have several customs and a couple more being made by some of the makers here on the forum, so I do check in from time to time. I'll send Esav a message and ask him to move this to the general discussion forum. Thanks again.

I got this one last December after selling a green micarta handled one I'd never used. It's a beautiful knife, cuts great and is easy to sharpen. I like it but I'd sell it in a second to help fund a BHk ScaatyCrafter.

That's a beautiful knife. Had I seen this before my order, I may have helped you out with that. Thanks for the reply.

I have a couple of BHK's and feel they are a STEAL for the money. Plus, the owners are great guys that practice what they preach.

Will there be ore scaatycrafters? I've seen them in post but not on their site?

A fair and just question. It's not one on their usual offerings, however they will make one up for you. They start at $225. I want fiddleback maple just like that bushcrafter and of course I'd have to get it serial numbered and jimped. $295.00. soon. Lt says they've made less than 25 of those.
