Schrade-Walden yellow stockman. My wife is going to change the credit card. :D

(That's a new record for me.)

Man, you are doing well if that's your new record. My wife would probably be a lot happier with me if it were my record too. ;)

LOL. My wife hates flowers. She likes chocolates though....

Yeah, I know it could be a lot worse, but I don't know whether ten customs would go over better or worse than 200 vintage knives. But yeah, it could be a lot more sleeping in the car than disapproving look. :)

Pocket knives last longer than flowers or chocolates, retain their value better or appreciate, and are useful for everyday tasks. - Ed

Just make sure it's not 200 customs. I don't even think I'd get to sleep in the car at that point. :p

I'm sure there are a few that have surpassed that though.:D

Thats true, but if I asked my girlfriend if she would rather have some flowers and chocolates or a pocket knife her answer would be flowers and chocolates every time. Thats alright with me though, flowers and candy are way cheaper than knives ;)

How about a picture? Is it an Schrade Walden 881Y with matchstrike nail nick? Those are good ones.

There are quite a few Taylor Schrades floating around Ebay, with Schrade Walden Stamps. Not bad knives some of them, but there are some deceitful sellers. :thumbdn:

I'll put up a pic as soon as it arrives. Count on it. Didn't get this one in person. But I think it is legit. :)

I think you'll like it, bud. I liked it enough to explain the $60 to my wife. ;)

I hope it comes soon!

I don't know about that. Have you seen the price of flowers lately?

Put this down!! If any man buys me flowers or candy when he could have got me a knife I think I'll put him down the road!! :D

Hi,

You are a special case young Lady. You have proper priorities.:D

$70 is the most I've ever spent for a new knife. My Wife thinks they are much cheaper to collect than SxS shotguns and hunting dogs. So I maybe get a easier pass.

I'm looking forward to seeing your new beauty when you get it.

Dale
