That I've never carried one knife for 5 months, everyday. My manix 2xl has been in my pocket since May 3rd everyday. I thought I found perfection at my large sebenza 21, then I thought the military. But I couldn't keep them in my pocket. I can't explain it, it's more of an "I wanted to like them" than an I enjoyed them. This knife keeps coming back for a beating, and I reach for it out of habit now. So spyderco, you made me a very happy man!

I think we all feel the same way. I haven't been without a Spyderco in my pocket since August 2nd. I don't forsee my Spydie leaving my pocket for quite a while. Rock On!!

Congrats on finding your dream carry. The Manix XL is my favorite spyderco design, but I actually don't carry it a ton. When I do I go clipless so it rides deep in the pocket.

Ive carried my Delica since I got it at the beginning of August and I love it! Does the Manix XL feel too big to carry consistently? I know people really like the knife, it just seems like a whopper to put in the pocket..

Nah not really. At least not for me. I carried a large sebenza 21 and a military before it so larger knives aren't a big deal to me. I can say that I remember when I took it out of the box I thought it was huge, but it's shrunk down in size since I've owned it a while.

I figured that would be the case- you always seem to get used to the size of anything once you use it enough. I'd like to handle a sebenza but due to the price tag I'm not sure that'll ever happen ha

All I have so far is the Delica 4 FFG in brown FRN and I am really impressed with the quality and the customer service of Spyderco. I am looking forward to getting more but I just need to save up for them hah

I had a stainless handled Delica that I brought back and then got a swisschamp for. Reason being I cut some thin rope, maybe 3/8" thick and the edge rolled.

Love my Manix XL, but it gets turns along with all the others. Often I don't have the same folder in my pocket for a whole day. But there's always something clipped in there.

I'd like to eventually try a para when the funds allow- I feel likes it's one of those iconic knives

Been 100% Spyderco since New Years Eve last year and a trip with 2 friends to New Graham Knives. Have bought 10 (9 for me, one for the wife) since then.

Either a Delica or Endura. EVERYDAY. This is about half the time I've carried an single knife or single brand (Kershaw Blur for about 2 years and Cold Steel medium Voyager 2-3 years).

I could NOT EDC the Manix though...I wear Columbia PFG pants almost everyday when off duty with mesh pockets, and on duty (uniformed LEO) I wear standard polyester uniform trousers. I CAN'T wear clipped so everything is in the pocket for me. I LIKE the Manix...just could not EDC it...

From spyderco I have the manix 2 xl, salt I, caly 3 CF and military.

Other than the Para the other spyderco id like to try is the Caly 3.. I just feel like it is right in that size range I really like and is a dressier version of the Delica
