Thanks, it should arrive sometime next week. The question I have now is, should I use it or keep it safe as a collectible?

I think its hilarious. We have all been brainwashed into the mentality that being given permission to purchase a knife (a gorgeous one BTW) at an exorbitant cost (although decent for a Jarosz) is like winning a prize. The custom market is just that nuts.

Please pardon my rant. It was just that while looking at your post my wife read over my shoulder and commented why I couldn't get so lucky and win something like that. After I explained how it works she snorted derisively and said "well that doesn't sound like he won a drawing at all"

All that being said. congrats Mike. I would say I hope you like it, but its a freakin' Jarosz!

Use the hell out of it and when it looks like it needs it, send it to Jesse and have him work it over. Do it again. And again. Then put it in the safe! Just my opinion.
 
There is a difference between use and abuse. I say absolutely EDC that bad boy. It will be more than enough for those tasks. When it comes time to go camping or break down some skids, break out the ZT/BM/Spyderco. Enjoy the knife.
 
Sonny, I know I won the right to purchase the knife. I don't believe I said anything to indicate otherwise. I was one of the ten drawing winners allowed to purchase it, then I bought the knife.

Can't wait to have it in my possession.
