I keep getting signed out

I've been on BF for a while now and I've never had this problem. Until about a week ago every time I came to BF I'd be signed in. Now it signs me out every couple hours if I'm not using the site. Do you think this is my browser? I'm using firefox. Is there any way I can go back to BF keeping me signed in all the time, so I don't have to keep signing in? Please keep in mind I'm a computer laymon, so I don't understand technical mumbo-jumbo.

When you sign back in, there should be a box to check saying to keep you signed in. Make sure you check it.

If that doesn't work, clear your cookies. One of them may be corrupt. (General purpose answer. )
