what a nice set an oak handled Kephart and Belt Hawk would make. Maybe do a special package price on the set, something like $275. Any thoughts on this idea?

That is a fine idea! When I saw The Nessmuk Double Bit Hatchet I was thinking it would be a good package with a Nessmuk knife as well. Its nice to see the interest in you hatchets and hawks! Time for me to start savin'!

Hi John, you know if I had that kind of money, I would be one of the first people to jump on this deal! I really do love those oak handles, and both items look really great, a very nice set! I am supper impressed with the full tang hatchet! If I was going to do it, I'd want those handles just slightly scorched! Beautiful work as usual! Thanks for the look see! Wish I could find a job that I could handle with my medical problems, so I would have some extra money to play around with like this! Sorry but, I hope everybody else buys a set, what a deal!

That would be a classic combo for sure. I like the Nessmuk combo idea too. :thumbup:

Ha! Good pic. I dont have that knife anymore. Gave it to a young marine as a gift. He's a friend of my older son. Great kid. Heck of a knife!

If you do decide later on that you want a matching Kephart, remind me and you will get the discount on the Kephart. As for a sheath to hold both, probably not, my leatherwork is not that great.

Thanks John,I definitely want one now,I got the refund from the USPS today & I can live without the double sheath.Email comin'.
