The steak looks great, Heber! I haven't had REAL meat in months. Sure there was plenty of turkey and ham over the holidays, but nothing quinches those alpha male hungers like a big, thick, rare piece o' moo cow. Just be careful with that SOG. we don't want another accident

Jake, Glad you like the steak, cooked it my self. Come to Utah and I'll treat you to some Dutch Oven Roast or Chicken stew.

That's what kept me outta this thread for so long today!!!!
