I know I've seen this BM axis folder - can't figure out wich one

Got the BM 960 - nice knife, really like the axis lock.

Have a mini grip on order.

Does BM make a sub 3" axis lock with machined aluminum handles with NO G10 (or any) inserts?

Do like the look of the 707 - don't want the inserts.

Wasn't the 773 an Axis lock with no handle inserts?

Would really like an axis lock version of my 2550 mini reflex.

Yeah, the 94x series had machined aluminum scales, and the blade length is right around 3", if memory serves.

The 921 has aluminum but it is the normal 3.4" blade length that many Benchmades seem to have.

The Monochrome #10300 has stainless scales and is about 3" but doesn't have axis.

Hmm, yeah, the 940 is bigger than 3"... my mistake!!

Just noticed someone mentioned the 770... I've got one in carbon fiber, but the 771 and 773 were aluminum; the 773 was black, while the 771 came in grey or a mottled red-and-black.

There was also the stiletto-like 855, which had aluminum scales, blade was probably a bit bigger than 3", though...

Ah!! Are you thinking of the 960 Osborne? No, wait, that has an inlay, too... Hmmmm...

I've got one of the pre- production 771's, aluminum handle, 3" blade, axis lock. VERY SWEET KNIFE!!!
