I am looking to get an ESEE 3 and I can't deside between the regular or the mil and whether or not I should should get it in clip point or not? Any pros and cons would be helpful, Thanks.

Legality in your area would help you decide if you want the clip point or not as it is a true double edged blade and thus illegal in alot of areas.

The Mil offers the most bang for the buck as far as the sheathing is concerned, having the molle back, clips and the boot clip.

Only downside for me is the sharpened pommel as I'm chunky and it digs into my side.

Dont own one of em but a clip point would be bad for batoning, however it would be a nice firesteel striker.

not sure about clip point, legal issues and such, but I would go with the mil version. You get the canvas micarta scales compared to linen which you'd maybe notice more than anything, and the sheath with the molle back, which provides more mounting options.

Plus it isn't that much more expensive, like 20 bucks more I think. I'd say go with the RC mil so you don't get buyers regret later on, as you can always chuck the stuff you don't use in a drawer and dig it out for later use.

Also about the sharpened pommel glassbreaker, you could grind it down to a smoother, more rounder shape, couldn't you?
