If this helps even one forumite, I'll feel good about this. So there it is, the world's greatest fish food. I've used it to feed my fish (African cichilds) for a long time now, and it is really great. You can tell that the fish have more enthusiasm about eating. Okay, I know this thread is dumb, BUT this food is just so much better than anything out there, and it doesn't cost any more, in fact it costs LESS than junk fish food, which are most other brands, especially Tetra, which is total crap, but they still charge the most. So, it's basically like buying IAMS pet food for kibbles and bits prices. Anyhow, check out the site, it will tell you everything you need to know, but I will tell you this food is great.
And no, I have no financial interest in this whatsoever.

IMHO, not dumb at all. My Dad has African Cichlids and I'm sure he'd like to check this out.
Well, there's one! :D
It's just like any other pet food, you have to look at the ingredients. When I first started my fish on Omega 1, I noticed they really take off to get the food. You get the same reaction when you feed them live food. When you feed other brands, the fish just aren't enthusiast. It might sound crazy, but that's been my experience.
BTW AFRICANS ROCK! (especially here in Ohio where the water pH is 7.6-8.0)

I just love watching tropical fish charge after mosquito larvae! That really rocks. These are pretty hungry little beggars, and they love their food wriggling!

Cheers, Acolyte.

hey walking man... you got another one hooked on this thread.

i am an avid fish and aquarium lover. i just have a simple community aquarium... but full of live plants, which i am very proud of. in the past i have had every thing you can think of (except discus). once i had 6-8 tanks going at once... i was a fish-aholic :) fresh and salt

could you post some pics of your cichlids for us to see? i will try and get some pics at home tonight of my tank and post them. cockroachfarm can get some pics from his dad also.

maybe we can even start another thread for it?

Holy Crap! Fish eating fish and fish products....this is how Mad Fish Disease starts!!!

Didn't see a claim for color enhancement. Some of fish foods designed to bring out the colors of your fish also have the side effect of changing them all into males. Beats migrating to Sweden I guess.........
