As you can tell from this pic I really like survival knives. Hollow handles, sawteeth, etc. I'd like to hear from you guys what knives you think would round out my collection nicely. Lets try to keep the prices under 500.

if you like both hollow handles and wicked sawteeth on your survival knives:
http://www.martinknives.com/HOLLOWHANDLEKNIVES.html. he'll build you one.

-hollow handles aren't really my cup o' tea, so i can't speak to these knives specifically, but i've got one of his bushcraft tacticals, and it's a keeper. great blade, well made, tough, looks good.

---i may have blown your budget. just looked at the prices, sorry about that.

I like those martin knives, maybe one of these days I can afford one.

How about the Buckmaster or Jungle King I.

Both really cool knives, Ive got a lead on a buckmaster locally. Can't seem to find a JK 1 anywhere though.

Blackjacks Jet Pilot survival knife

Cool looking blade. Definetly add it to the list, speaking of which.

Buckmaster 184
Schrade M7S
SOG team leader survivor
Blackjack Jet Pilot

Im pretty sure acquiring these will take a while.

Brewer survival knife

Wow that takes me back. I always liked that knife.
How about the 1989 Kershaw survival knife system.
Their are a lot of knives I wish I had gotten back in the day. ( When I had no money)

The Brewer always seemed like the most practical hollow handle knife around back then. My brother has a Jungle King II. He doesn't really use it, he bought it because he liked it. He's had it at least 15 years now. I've played with it a little (I'm the sharpener in the family). It's not bad at all. I'm not sure how it would stand up to being beat on, but for using as a knife, I'd have no issue with carrying it on a trip.

Hackman survival knife (not Brazilian imitation) designed by Ken Warner. Very sturdy hollow handle. They show up on ePrey from time to time.

Bianchi Knighthawk is one nice looking blade. Im not sure where I would start finding one of those things. Alright guys, I appreciate the opinions. With a bit of luck Ill have my list of knives squared away in the not so distant future.

BTW heres the list.

Cold steel bushman
Buckmaster 184
Schrade M7S
SOG team leader survivor
Glock field knife with saw
Jungle king 1 & 3
