I like the changes Hinderer made from Gen 1 to 3

I have had a Gen 1 Hinderer XM-24 and XM-18 (3") for five or so years and I like them quite a bit but I decided to get a new XM-18 3.5", Spanto Harpoon. It is the tri-way with ball bearings installed and flips very nicely. I like the blade design and the hardened insert on the lockbar. The titanium slab and liner are anodized bronze which I like the looks of. Fit and finish are excellent and so is the lockup. The edge is pretty good, but I will probably put it on the Wicked Edge soon.
