On May, 1st, I renewed my Gold-Membership with Order-Nr. 66827 - but now I got Knifemaker, without the possibilities of Gold-Membership, e.g. no searching ! Please repair this !

Did you pay with a US base credit card or have to do it manually? If by manual It will take some time for Spark to handle, as for the searching, try this link, I use it sometimes more than the internal.

Right now you are appearing as a registered user. When your Knifemaker Membership gets activated you will be able to search. It doesn't normally take this long, though. Did you snailmail a money order?
 
On the May, 1st, I got this eMail:

..and after that (on May 1st !! ) everything was o.k. - but I noticed all the changes today (May, 14th) . I paid with creditcard (Mastercard).
 
You purchased the wrong item - you bought an upgrade from gold to knifemaker membership, instead of renewing your gold membership. I'll charge you the difference and get your membership reactivated.
 
I am angry, now - I was patient before, i think !! You shouldn't tell me stupid, please !!! Don't tell me this is my fault, if this is yours (or the systems)- I am not 6 years old but 63 !- How can you say I ordered the wrong item when I got this email at May, 1st, from you/bladeforums :

You'll see the membership you ordered - BFC-Gold Upgrade, has the following text:
"Upgrades any Gold Membership to KnifeMaker. Requires an existing Gold Membership before the upgrade."

That's what you bought, as shown in the receipt you just copy-pasted. What you needed to purchase was the BFC-RENEW BladeForums.com Membership Renewal.

I'm sorry you purchased the wrong thing, but that isn't our fault, so please don't be angry with us. I've gotten you corrected and you are now a gold member.
