I got bored with knives. Then a new model caught my eye and the hunt for it was intense. Then in defeat, I got pissed. Right back to where I started from.... bored. Then a new need got my interests peaked again. Then one of my favorites got rusty. Then I lost it and put almost all my knives up or sale yesterday, including ones I had just bought. I am not sure what it all means. Maybe 39 is my magic number and I am having that crisis. Maybe I just realized I only really liked 3 or 4 of the hundreds of knives I have owned over the years. Maybe I want something better than what I already had. Maybe it is the medicine I am taking now. I do know one thing, I am not a collector anymore.... I am a user. I also know I am not "over" knives in general because it took me almost 2 hours to list that last esee 6. It made my stomach churn. Man I worked hard on that blade! OMG, I think I am going to hurl! Welcome to my mind. Oh look, a butterfly..........................
