Somehow, and I attribute this mistake to my advanced computer skills, I tried to edit a post in the "I Love My Wife!!!" thread to place it in the moderator's backend forum, and ended up deleting the entire thread. This post had nothing to do with the thread content but rather someone's signature line who had posted in that thread. I found this post to be rather hostile towards one of our members.

This was an all-time great thread too!!! I was laughing out loud to this one!!!!

So, here's a note to those who have personal attacks, thoughts or other controversial horsehockey that they would like to share with a member of the Busse forum. TAKE IT OFF-LINE!!!!! And while you have it off-line, be sure to sign your "real name" and give your "real address" and "real phone number". BTW, the person who posted the remarks only has 6 total posts and this was their first post on our forum.


Now, back to Gundy's wife. I love her!!!!

Good women are hard to find, i.e. those who can be great friends as well as lovers. Those who can hang tough when they know you are in harms way more often than not, and especially those who will put up with their spouses expensive little interests and hobbies.

I hear ya baby!!!! It took me 32 years until I found the perfect woman. Poor little Jennifer. . . . she had no idea what she was in store for!!!! ;)

Now she's more hooked on knives than I am!!!! Liked 'em so much, she started her own company!!! :cool:

Good thing she likes knives and not ballet shoes or I'd be up to my neck in shiny pink shoes!!!!:eek:

oh please, I've never met a married couple that has inspired me to get married. Even my friends who have married in the last year or two make me get down on my knees and be thankful that I'm still single, lol :)
 
Shoes?? Shoes?? Lucky you. I know about shoes. they fill the closet. They're under the bed, and they're on the stairs.
Me. I've got two pairs of shoes. One I wear to work, on the street, in the woods and out on the town. the other pair??? Well, not sure where they are. Probably hidden under the ones in the closet under the bed or on the stairs, but I do declare I will at one time in the future have as many knifes as my wife has shoes. If that is possible. Gundy must be sleeping this time of day. Gundy, knives or shoes???

DN - you've got it all wrong. It isn't a married couple who will inspire you to get married. It will be the right woman!

Married 32 years now, and not one complaint yet about a new gun, knife, or boat. She ain't perfect, though. She absolutely refuses to clean fish.
 
Hmmm, maybe I've been looking in the wrong places for inspiration.


One would theorize though, interacting with a married couple and hearing about the perfections that is marital bliss should be inspiring. :)
 
DN, lemme tell ya. There are good ones out there. I got lucky and found me one. Dang, she lets me hang around with you guys doesn't she??? That says more than all the toys ya know...?

This has not been a good weekend for posts....:(
 
so what was said in the other thread? I am soooo confused as to hat has happened here...
 
Hey Guy.

The other post was entitled "Iraq War" and provided a link to what appeared to be an online role playing game that loaded up your system with a ton of cookies and other undesireable crap. He was just trolling around trying to up the visits to his site, promote himself, and who knows what else. Alpha and I blew the whistle on him and got his post dumped fairly quickly. He posted the same thing on some of the other forums here and was given the flush-a-roo there as well.
